Sweet boy in Pink...

This precious boy waits in China for his family
to find him.

He looks to have achondroplasia dwarfism,
like our Hagan.
He is not paper ready,
because his orphanage doesn't think
anyone would want him.

They are willing to do his paperwork
if they have an interested family.

Please pray for this precious 1 year old boy!
Is he your baby?

Let me know if you are interested in learning more
about him.

I sit in A.W.E.!

AWE defined by Dictionary.com:

an overwhelming feeling of reverence, admiration, fear, etc.,
produced by that which is grand, sublime, extremely powerful,
or the like: in awe of God;

God is grand, sublime,
extremely powerful
and you know what He did yesterday?
He allowed man to work quickly,
man to work thoroughly,
and
the red tape
(at least this "red tape" is no longer an issue.)

I received an email yesterday from our agency,
that the investigation is over
for these three very special boys.
We are saddened that their biological families are still
not able to care for them,
but they will not be going into foster care,
and
the boys are again available for adoption!

They are three sweet, healthy, incredible boys,
with huge smiles, and beautiful hearts!
They are 8, 9, and 10 year olds.
(they are not siblings so we are not looking for
one family for all of them,
but 3 individual families)

Please pray with us as we search for their families!
If you would be interested in hearing about them
please comment or email me,
I'd love to chat about them and hook you up
with our agency coordinator who
can give you more information.

I sooo wish I could post photos of them -
believe me you would fall in love too!

Prayer needed!

I know that I have mentioned these three special guys in Ethiopia.

Three, beautiful, little guys who sit waiting for their families to
find them.
(I sooooo wish I could share their photos with y'all)

These guys are incredibly special to us -
and we have tried to speak up for them and
share with friends about them,
but at this time we are not able to advocate for them.

They are caught in the midst of red tape.
Ohhh how I despise red tape!

Depending on the results of the investigations on these
three guys could result in -

1) their birth families are now in a position bring them back home -
which is of course, the best case scenario.

2) they are placed in foster care in Ethiopia,

3) they are once again eligible for International Adoption.

*********
I'm telling y'all this because
we need your prayers!

These sweet guys don't understand why they don't have a family
coming to meet them,
hugging on them,
leaving them photos of a house,
and pets,
a family of their own.

No one ever comes back just for them.
I can't imagine how this feels -
it breaks my heart as I am in tears every time I think of them.

Instead they continue to watch their friends leave
with their new families.

Please pray with us for these guys,
they need to be encouraged,
they need hope.
Please pray that these investigations will be thorough, quick and smooth.
Please pray that God's will be done in the lives of these sweet boys.

Heavy Heavy Heart

Yesterday I received some very sad news.
This sweet little guy in China,
on our agencies Waiting Child list

died from a cold.

He was so close to having a family to hold
him, comfort him, give him medicine for
his cold.

Sweet, sweet Paul, I have to tell your story
so that your voice is heard!

I'm heart broken that you never had a family of your own,
but thankful our Heavenly Father will hold you for eternity.

Haitian orphanages

Many orphanages are being looted of food and water.
Please pray for these children!

An orphanage prior to the quake...

and after the quake...

trying to understand all of this!

An empty chair...

Do you have an empty chair at your dinner table?
Do you have an extra seat belt in your vehicle?
Do you have an extra hug in your arms?
Do you have room in your heart to love another?

Consider adoption!

Matthew 18:5
"Whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me."
