As I dropped my babies off at school today,
for one last day before summer break,
I got kinda emotional!
Lord,
Thank you for bringing my babies home.
Thank you for their precious smiles as the wave good-bye
to me.
Thank you for the joy in their hearts as they enjoy
this fun last day of school.
And thank you for summer breaks!
I can't wait to spend this break making memories
and building foundations with my kids!
My heart is breaking for the children who still do not
know the love of a family.
Father please comfort them in their loneliness and distress.
