This last week we received a letter from the IRS
that is soooooo very frustrating!
They don't want to honor our request for our
adoption credit for the adoption of
Donovan and Elijah.
GRRRRR - r.e.a.l.l.y.,
Ms. K, who is charge of our case,
you are more then welcome to come over for dinner.
We would love to show you are beautiful sons,
and prove to you that they are real.
We had planned to use this refund as a large
portion of our adoption fees for our
sweet boys waiting in China.
Though we are still appealing to Ms. K and the lovely IRS,
we are so very excited to see how God is going to
use this development and
bring our sweet boys home!
Thank you Heavenly Father for your provisions
to pay the ransom that is needed for our boys!

OH NO! Okay, I'm praying for Ms. K and the situation. How can they deny you the credit? The Lord will provide.
Seriously? That is GARBAGE! The IRS should be auditing people with real issues - not you! I'm sorry, friend!
I'm so sorry for the IRS stress and set-back. Praying that it all works out quickly.
Jodi - we were going to be denied last year for the adoption of our first daughter - if you want, can you contact me on the LP adoption yahoo group (or you can ask Yvette for my email) and I can tell you what we did that got them to give it to us - not sure if our situations are similar, but it might be worth a shot!
