promises

today is one of those days -

you know,

when your stomach is in knots,

there are things going on around you 

which you don't have control of  -

when you are trying to make an informed decision -

and trust -

but society tells you -

you're C.R.A.Z.Y.

and I tell myself I'm crazy for even asking!

So what is one to do?   

I have to turn to my God,

and pray, and plead - 

show me your way -

'cause I can't imagine - 

I mean $25,000 is A.L.O.T.! 

Thankfully God had spoken HIS promises to me 

all day...

Matthew 6:25-28; 33

Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, 

what you will eat or drink or about your body, what you will wear. 

 Is not life more important than food, 

and the body more important then clothes?  

Look at the birds of the air; 

they do not sow or reap or store away in barns,

 an yet your heavenly Father feeds them. 

Are you not much more valuable than they?  

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

...

But seek first HIS kingdom and his righteousness 

and all these things will be given to you as well. 

So, this evening I am thanking God that HE 

cares for our son and

 loves him more then I ever will 

and 

for HIS provisions 

 bring our sweet son home!
