This is one of the frequent comments we get from
friends and strangers alike.
Everyone knows that adoption, domestic and international,
has it's financial fee's.
Fee's that seem astronomical when one first looks into adoption.
And after four adoptions,
we have gotten this comment even more now.
and the popular,
"What does your husband do?"
And though,
I'd love to say -
"yes, we are rich!"
That is not the case.
Bryan has a wonderful job with a great company,
he works his tail off
and is a great provider for our family!
And well,
had we stopped adding to our family at
Kenzie or even Conner -
we would probably be rich.
(Monetarily speaking.)
We do have an incredible inheritance though!
You see,
our Father owns cattle on a thousand hills!
Oh, yes HE does!
And when HE asks us to step out in faith,
HE carries us all the way!
Asking us to allow HIM to provide for us,
his children.
Don't let the scary $ signs of adoption
scare you away.
Pray and pray!
He owns the cattle on a thousand hills,
The wealth in every mine;
He owns the rivers and the rocks and rills,
The sun and stars that shine.
Wonderful riches, more than tongue can tell -
He is my Father so they're mine as well;
He owns the cattle on a thousand hills -
I know that He will care for me.
The wealth in every mine;
He owns the rivers and the rocks and rills,
The sun and stars that shine.
Wonderful riches, more than tongue can tell -
He is my Father so they're mine as well;
He owns the cattle on a thousand hills -
I know that He will care for me.

Psalm 50:10
"For every beast of the forest is mine,
and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
"For every beast of the forest is mine,
and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
