Boys names....help!!!

We are having a hard time finding a name for
our little guy -
we need your help!

Brady seems to think we should just begin with Genesis and
go through the books of the Bible.
(really Brady, this is kid number six!)

He says,
"You know God isn't going to ask us
anytime soon to stop adopting!
We might as well go through the books of the Bible.
Bless his heart!

Does anyone have any boy names for us?
Getting seven people to agree on a name is very difficult!

HELP!!!

How about Jordan, James, Jason, Jaime, Justin, Jack. Of course this is just sticking with the "J" theme.

I like the name Christian. You may want to wait and see if he has a name he wants to keep. We picked names that went with their names. All my adoptive kids have their Thai/ and Chinese name as a middle name.

If we had a boy we were going to name him Alex or Alec. I can't wait to see what you decide.

I would definitely go Biblical - what Bible story resonates with you? I like the story of Samuel answering God's call. I like the story of Daniel unafraid in the lion's den. And then incorporate his given name as his new middle name. If you're sticking with the J names - what about John the Baptist, James the Apostle, or Jonah?

Thank you for your help! Y'all have helped get our juices flowing!
Kim - granddad's name is Alec and he goes by Alex - definitely a possibility.
Jennifer - our kids like Job. God is always faithful!
I do like Jonah though!
Ummmmm -thank you so much everyone!

Let's see . . . the boys in Robert's family are - Nicholas, David, Timothy, Michael, Nathan, Thomas, Stephen, Kenneth, Daniel. We have Alex, Peter and, soon, Matthew. Seems like they have hit on most of the Biblical, popular boy names. Of course, there's always James, Benjamin, Samuel, Joseph, Isaac, Isaiah.

Have fun! It's so hard to chose - but I do think once you see a picture it's easier. Wait - have you seen a picture and you're just not telling?!?!

Thanks Pam! No picture yet! I agree, and am okay with waiting - but I do like having some name in my arsenal! :)

I think you need a 'B' sound, you have two J's, two K/C sounds and there fore, it's time for a 'B' to even it out. Benjamin, the beloved youngest son? Boaz, the husband of Ruth? I really like the sound of Boaz

A few more B's to consider
Barnabas
Bartholamew
Baruch

If you want to stay with "J" names we like Judah and Josiah and had considered them before choosing "Nathanael" for our little guy.
