The Blank Frame

I know that we have been "bad"!
Giving hints to y'all
about our plans for our next adoption -
but not coming clean with all
the information...
so this is where we are at.

We are excited to begin the paper case for
kiddo #6,

we believe he is in Africa,

and believe we are being led to Ethiopia.

We are having the most trouble deciding on an agency.

The agency we really like -
doesn't have many, if any Special Needs kids.
The other agency that we like -
does have Special Needs kids,

but we really like the other agency,

but we really like Special Needs kids.

Though, every child has their own special needs,
especially adopted kids -
so really every child has their own special needs.

Also, with the cost of international adoption
and paying the fees for Jailyn and Jorja
mainly from tax refunds and savings,

we will be starting a great fund raiser!
I picked mine up today!!!

Cute! Cute! Cute!
(Sorry, I'm not trying to be "bad" again,
but unfortunately,
I don't have a camera this weekend -
so y'all will have to wait a bit.)

Soooo - please pray with us...

~ as we find the agency that God has chosen for us,
who will bring us to our child(ren).
~ pray that God will be preparing our child(ren) and
keeping him safe.
~ pray that God will put our bank accounts at peace as
we know that He is in control and will provide.
(some how the Electric and Water companies don't get that!)
~ pray that we are following God's desire for our family.

Have no idea if you checked out WACAP yet...We used them and they were wonderful!

My sister and her husband are about 8-10 weeks away from traveling to Ethiopia. They will be bringing home their little girl. Their agency is CHSFS (Children's Home Society and Family Services). CHSFS have been very nice to work with, from her experience.

How exciting for you guys!!!! Adoption is just the best :-)

Love the pictures....great job and what a neat idea.

Adoption Advocates International (in washington state) has twin boys ready for a family. In the last newsletter they wrote "We are receiving more files and currently have some preschool aged boys ready to refer but no families with complete dossiers. These include a set of six year old twins; both are boys." Happy for you...I hope I can say me too one day!

WACAP gives very good grants that cover almost all the costs. They are in Washington State too.

Thank you for your suggestions! I have emailed WACAP and will hope to chat with them this week - please continue to pray as we begin the search for our little guy(s).

Wow! I am just in awe of your capacity to move mountains.

Some little boy is going to be exceptionally happy to be a part of your amazing family.

You are an inspiration.

Love Valerie
