We spent a few hours volunteering last weekend.
We helped with a Christmas party for a community.
The girls did great - but we beginning to get a bit cranky -
so I gave them the camera!
This kept them super busy!

Thanks for the great comment on our blog. I have not put much on there yet, but I will update it when we go to China. Our daughter is 7, so thanks for the ideas in trying to communicate with her. My mom and I are traveling and she made up flash cards in English & Mandarin with pictures. We hope to travel he middle of January. I also have a 6 year old son that is staying home with my husband.
